Final settlements done by the book
A final settlement blends notice pay, accrued leave, gratuity and deductions — each with its own rules. We compute settlements with a clear working paper, so both employer and employee can see exactly how each dirham was derived.
Gratuity accruals also belong in your monthly books: recognising the liability as it builds keeps your P&L honest and avoids a year-end shock.
FAQs
How is end-of-service gratuity calculated in the UAE?
Broadly: 21 days' basic salary per year for the first five years of service and 30 days per year thereafter, based on the final basic salary — subject to Labour Law conditions and contract terms. We compute it per employee with a documented working.
What is WPS and is it mandatory?
The Wage Protection System is MOHRE's mandatory salary transfer mechanism for mainland companies. Salaries must be paid through WPS-registered channels; non-compliance blocks new work permits and triggers fines.
Can you handle payroll for staff across multiple branches?
Yes — we run consolidated payroll with branch-level cost allocation, so your MIS report shows true staff cost per outlet.
Do you prepare settlements for terminated employees?
Yes, including notice pay, leave encashment, gratuity and any lawful deductions, with a signed-off calculation sheet for your records.
Payroll taking too much of your month?
Hand it over. Fixed monthly fee, WPS files on time, clean workings for every settlement.
