Bookkeeping services in the UAE
Accurate, reconciled books every month — the foundation of your VAT returns, corporate tax filing and management reports. We keep records the way an auditor wants to find them.
What monthly bookkeeping includes
- Daily sales recorded and tied to cash, card and aggregator channels
- Bank reconciliation — deposits matched against card settlements
- Supplier ledgers reconciled to statements, credit notes chased
- Expense categorisation with duplicate-payment checks
- VAT-ready records: inclusive vs exclusive handled correctly
- Month-end close by the 5th working day
Why reconciliation-first bookkeeping matters
Most bookkeeping problems surface as VAT penalties or missing cash. Our process is built around three questions: does every sale tie to a payment method, does every deposit tie to the bank, and does every expense have a document behind it.
When something doesn't tie — a card settlement short of POS sales, a supplier invoice booked twice — you get a clear flag in your monthly report, not a surprise at year-end.

FAQs
Which accounting software do you work with?
We work with Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Xero, Tally and Odoo, and we can also take over from spreadsheets. If you're on a POS like Foodics or Loyverse, we reconcile POS reports directly to your books.
Can you clean up a backlog of unrecorded months?
Yes. Backlog clean-ups are one of the most common ways clients join us. We rebuild the ledger from bank statements, POS reports and supplier statements, then set a verified opening position before the monthly rhythm starts.
How do you collect documents each month?
Most clients simply forward invoices by WhatsApp or email as they arrive. We organise, file and match them — and send you a list of anything missing before we close the month.
Do I need bookkeeping if my business is small?
Yes — UAE law requires businesses to keep records for at least 7 years, and both VAT and the 9% corporate tax regime depend on accurate books. Clean records also mean you claim every deduction you're entitled to.
Books behind? We'll fix them.
Send us your last bank statement — we'll scope the clean-up and quote a fixed fee.
