Monthly
Bookkeeping Services in Dubai & UAE
Clean, reconciled books every month — not a trial balance you can't read.
Most SME books in the UAE are recorded, not reconciled. Sales sit in one number, the bank sits in another, and nobody has tied them together. We close that gap every month so the figures you act on are figures you can defend.
- Sales tied to payment channelsCash, card, Talabat, Deliveroo, Noon, bank transfer — each channel agreed to the POS and to the bank.
- Bank fully reconciledEvery deposit traced. Unidentified credits are chased, not parked in suspense.
- Supplier ledgers agreedStatements matched to your ledger monthly, so payables are real and disputes surface early.
- Payroll posted correctlyWPS salaries, gratuity accrual and leave provisions recorded in the right period.
- VAT-ready as you goInput tax captured with valid tax invoices, so quarter-end is a review, not a scramble.
- Audit trail maintainedEvery entry supported. When an auditor or the FTA asks, the file already answers.

Questions
Common questions
How much does bookkeeping cost in the UAE?
Our plans start at AED 999 per month for small entities with low transaction volume. Pricing scales with transaction count, number of bank accounts and branches. You get a fixed monthly fee, quoted before we start.
Do you work with QuickBooks, Zoho, Xero or Tally?
Yes — all four, plus Foodics, Odoo and Sage. If you have no system, we will set one up and migrate your opening balances.
My books are two years behind. Can you fix it?
Yes. Backlog clean-up is a large part of our work. We quote it separately as a one-off, then move you onto a monthly plan.
