Questions
Common questions
Does my freezone company need an audit?
Most UAE freezones require audited financial statements at licence renewal. Requirements differ by authority — tell us your freezone and we will confirm.
How long does an audit take?
Typically two to four weeks from receipt of a complete file. Incomplete records are what extend audits, so we send a document checklist up front.
Can you audit books you also prepared?
Independence rules govern this. Where a statutory audit is required, we will tell you plainly which role we can take and arrange the other appropriately.
